Restaurant offering dishes with fresh seasonal products.

Umamai, importer of Japanese products, launched the first Matcha Café de France. For those who do not know the matcha yet, it is a powder of green tea leaves recognized among others for its antioxidant virtues, but also for its relaxing and energy powers. Chefs often use it in cooking and pastry. In this new and beautiful space, very design with Corian and wood décor, we naturally discover the tea matcha in all its forms (in latte, beaten, icy) and sometimes in more tendentious forms like whipped in a bowl or beer… For the three-course lunch and a domburi, made with fresh seasonal products you can enjoy on-site or take away. A Japanese corner allows you to purchase products that have been found to date on the site: Yuzu juice, soy sauces, serrano, Japanese rice, noodles, condiments, miso, teas, etc.
