MME SHAWN
Restaurant in a trendy neo-bistro setting serving plates of Thai products.
Just opposite the Temple du Temple, the Shawn family planted its decor. Thai canteen, which has been used, connected to wish, and which is to stay, rare, this Thai cantoche is not missing. The frame is a new bistro with warm colours and meublés and broc, it is the great chic at this time of crisis… The chef, who arrives directly from Bangkok, like all his products, puts Thailand on plates. He thoroughly marries spices and herbs with doughnuts or légumes vegetables. Ms. Swan's assortment for two people presents all the subtleties of the thaïes entries without putting the heat to the papilles: Chicken fried Rollers, Chicken and Shrimp aumônières, shrimp doughnuts, chicken skewers, chicken wrapped in a baiteuil sheet, chicken and vegetable chicken baskets. Naturally, vegetarians are not forgotten. The desserts range between Thai and French delicious, giving the choice of banana to coconut milk, tiramisu or clafoutis to raspberries. The addition is a happy surprise.
