New place in the Marais focusing on Mediterranean flavors and its different specialties.
We love this new place du Marais which concentrates the Mediterranean flavors (we feel them as soon as we enter). On two levels (ground floor and cellar), the place, which in passing reconciles us with white tiles prepared on certain parts, puts Valencia (in Spain) and its specialties. It is simple and good, from meat meats to Iberian cheeses through salads in which chickpeas are often present. Special mention in the cellar, which lists dozens of owls.
