La (Italian fougasse) of the Vitelloni is an annex to the restaurant Les Vitelloni. It is nestled in a beautiful building of the Marais with two floors. Interior decoration is inspired by a bistro style and a contemporary identity. Even boss who shares his time between the two institutions, but here he has relied on pizza with a varied map. The pizza preaches the cream of truffle, mushroom and rockets is the most expensive, but it is really top. Everything is home and ingredients are fresh. The caterer side offers cold or hot formulas. For the cold dish: bread, focaccia, large plate of antipasti, dessert and a small bottle of Evian. For hot dishes: roquette and Parmesan, lasagna or cannelloni salad and dessert.
