Fulvio gave a young person a shot at his little facility without changing his way of being and cooking. Che dire, l'ambiente è accogliente e tipico dei ristoranti Parigini; menù vasto ed inclusivo di diverse specialità italiane; prodotti eccellenti ed esportati direttamente dall'Italia ( il che va a giustifica il prezzo ); il signor Fulvio è estremamente gentile e cordiale, veloce nel servizio e disponibile per ogni informazione o consiglio.
Abbiamo inoltre avuto modo di conoscere lo Chef ( italiano ), persona simpatica, eccellente ed estremamente competente.
In una vostra vacanza a Parigi, vi consiglio assolutamente di concedervi una cena in questo piccolo paradiso.
