Chic bistro in Paris serving revisited dishes, wine, desserts, and starters.
The least we can say is that, before setting down his utensils on rue Notre-Dame-de-Nazareth, Simon Horwitz rolled his hump in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Brazil, Peru; and in France: Courchevel, Les Baux de Provence... Experiences that sharpened his inventiveness and forged his talent. In his chic bistro, with its open-plan kitchen, he creates his recipes - including this raw swordfish and watermelon, watermelon water infused with verbena, black olive powder - according to his mood and, of course, seasonal produce.

Incredible food and kind service. We got a three course lunch menu w/ champagne. So good. Would strongly recommend if you're a foodie. If you're an Applebees kinda person, this ain't your spot.
La côte de cochon igp pour deux nous a régalé, les desserts sont fins et recherchés, le service impeccable.
