Wine bar offering good references of natural wines, close to the Carreau du Temple.
A wine bar with a stone's throw from the Temple du Temple, offering good references of natural wines to glass or bottle. To eat at Henri, you have the choice between cheese and charcuterie plates, sardines, truffle ham or Du beef sausage. If wine is in honor, the fans of the bubbles are not set aside with champagnes champagnes and beer. Perched on the top stools of this full bar, the service is pleasant and you are sure not to stay long with an empty glass. Breakfast and cheese are good. If prices are a bit high, at least the meal is good!

I wrote a poem to try and cheer me up as I walked on to another nearby wine bar which was a lot more accommodating:
‘In Monsieur Henri, they serve many wines
But if your French isn’t good, you’ll have a bad time’.
I also thought of a joke that might work in a Parisian wine bar themed Christmas cracker:
‘What do you call the bald barkeeper at Monsieur Henri? Anything you want - if you don’t look like a local, he’ll ignore you anyway’
