Address in Paris offering good traditional dishes at low prices and quality products.

The team behind Bouillon Pigalle has doubled down with Bouillon République. Here you'll find all the ingredients that made their first address such a success: good, traditional dishes (eggs mayonnaise, sausage-purée, roast camembert, cauliflower gratin...), quality products and a (very) lively atmosphere. The only major differences are the number of covers (450 here) and the décor, the designers of this Bouillon République having retained the woodwork and marquetry panels of the former Chez Jenny brasserie. Le meilleur bouillon de Paris, la nourriture est très bonne et très accessible en terme de prix. Un grand merci à la cheffe hôte très chaleureuse qui a su rendre notre expérience inoubliable. J’y suis venu avec ma mère et nous en gardons un très bon souvenir ! Si vous passez sur Paris c’est une adresse où aller les yeux fermés!

I’m disappointed! The food was horrible. Absolutely don’t waste time with the French onion soup or steak frites it was basically inedible. I cannot describe my disgust with the oysters as they still had visible sand in it. One cocktail was just pure alcohol which was maybe the only reason I got my steak halfway eaten, it is now a full on tourist trap and they try to guilt you in for tips. The sea bass was good. Service was incredibly rushed. Do not fall for the pictures it was not good, except the sea bass that alone was decent, but with that being said it is very very cheap and it is now clearly quantity over quality. The atmosphere and interior is very nice.
