Address in Paris serving rustic cuisine and a traditional menu of delicious products.

The decoration is sober, the tablecloths have small red and white checks, the old pottery on the floor has been preserved. The cuisine is rustic, the menu is traditional, but we must recognise that the products are delicious. And behind these clichés, a detail which is not one of them: L'Ami Louis is relatively expensive. Why? Because it is the improbable meeting point of many politicians (Jacques Chirac who invited Bill Clinton to these places, for example), actors (Johnny Depp, Robin Wright, Roman Polanski, Charlotte Gainsbourg...) and other people. This exclusivity clearly does not have any price, and there is no doubt about the diffuse charm of this over-aged place.

UNA DELICIA!!

One of the most clubby bistros in Paris. With only 14 tables and with the great and the good of Parisian society, Judges, bankers, artists and actors wanting to dine here no wonder it’s hard to get a table. It has has been visited by Bill Clinton, Jacques Chirac and Vice President Kamala Harris. The prices are high enough to scare most tourists away. The famous roast chicken, with its accompanying tower of shoestring fries is the most expensive chicken in Paris. They serve it in two portions so don’t finish the first serving. Portions are large so better come hungry
