LE PAVILLON DE LA REINE * * * *
A hotel steeped in history, ideal for a romantic stay with a gourmet restaurant, a Spa Codage, a wellness area.
Under the vaults of the Place des Vosges, we cross a door way to a large square courtyard facing a beautiful residence covered with a vineyard and geraniums, full of history and far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Louis XIII and Anne d'Autriche stayed here before their wedding, and its 17th century interior was refurbished in a contemporary décor. The ground floor consists of three small rooms of different sizes. The reception desk is located at the back of the room to the left, and a small lounge has a superb library full of old books that also serves as a breakfast room. The gastronomic restaurant "Anne" was opened one year ago. The talented Chef Mathieu Pacaud offers you a menu that varies with the seasons and will surprise the most demanding palates. The customized rooms also adopted a bright colour chart embellished with colourful touches. Here, everything is calm and pleasant: in the basement, the spa Codage is a wellness area. There are two massage rooms, a gym with a hammam and a Jacuzzi. The decor is simple; the colours are earth-colour or grey as the Portuguese marble lining the walls of the Jacuzzi. This is the ideal place for a romantic stay.

Mais surtout, il n'y a jamais eu de moments waouh dans les différentes dégustations. Bon parfois, banal à d'autres moments.
Le rapport émotions prix n'y est pas
A faire absolument.
