It means oyster in Breton… so please! This newly opened establishment is at a crossroads between cocktail bar and seafood restaurant dedicated to oyster. Here we are! This curious concept came out of the heads of Philippe Morin, Pascal Gauthier and Pierre-Michaël Smague, three merry barbuses in love with the sea and world cuisine. Between 6:00 p. m. and 2:00 a. m., they propose to enjoy home cocktails like the Portrait, based on gin, cordial and absinthe, or Kéfir Citron, a mixture of vodka, yogurt liqueur, lemon juice, lemon juice, lemon and egg white. The bravest will attack the Oyster Shouters, vodka preparations and tomato juice. The rest of the ingredients are kept secret… For those who don't know, oyster means oyster. And at the time of the holidays, but not only, you can bring your own bourrich! A little secret: such a place should not stay long without declination in the capital…
