In his atypical workshop-kitchen located in the heart of Le Marais, Fred proposes to make within three hours, a starter, a main course and a dessert that are authentic, inventive and accessible. The number of participants never exceeds 5. And because the pleasure of cooking is enjoyed by all ages, Fred also offers workshops for those who are between 7-12 years old every Wednesday. The first two hours are dedicated to preparation, the last hour is dedicated to tasting dishes accompanied by a wine.
