The aim of this museum is to showcase African contemporary creations in all its forms: paintings, sculptures, videos, photography, equipment, performances etc. The artists represented are often recognised in the Anglo-Saxon countries but totally unknown to the French general public, despite some big names that were found in hexagonal collections. Highly active, edit and publish their own books, build relationships between artists and institutions in France or elsewhere and art galleries. The museum is currently looking for larger buildings to accommodate all of its collection.
