LE PASSAGE MOLIÈRE
Set close to the Pompidou Centre, this lovely small and discreet passage with charming cobblestone quietly joins two busy streets. There are antique shops and art galleries, as well as a restaurant. By the Saint-Martin Street, note the presence of Maison de la Poésie, set in the former Molière theatre. Opened in the eighteenth century, it closed then and was successively transformed in an armoury, a consignment store, a ballroom, and then shared by business men. Completely renovated, the room offers poetic shows since 1983.
