LA MAISON CARON
Caron House has been roasting coffee for more than 40 years in the burning of Châtillon, but it had never had a pigment in Paris. It's done. On the ground floor, a vegetalized wall brings freshness. This is where the tasting takes place. The coffee is served by a barista according to the ritual of each aircraft (V 60, Chemex, depression coffeemaker) and cold infusion, often in the presence of Anne Caron, the president of the family company. And here, we don't deal with quality, and a small on-site trip will quickly allow you to report on it. The place itself is very nice, and deserves a detour.
