Welcome to the future! At Nitrogénie, frozen ice is eaten with liquid nitrogen. This freezing method is almost instantaneous and affects your ice: Crystals don't have time to train, and your dish is much more unmanned. We love watching glaciers realize this true magic tower! And we take almost as much pleasure in choosing a perfume: mint-chocolate, firamisu, vanilla burnt cream, strawberry-basil or caramelized pineapple, the mixes are unexpected, and the flavors unique!
