FEDERATION NATIONALE DES ENSEIGNANTS DE YOGA – FNEY
Yoga literally means "linking, uniting". The discipline to which he referred appeared in India in the th century BC. The texts of that time reported méditatiques experiments and exercises on the movement of breath. The practice of yoga then spread to the entire world following the teaching of the great Indian masters and their direct followers. It is only recently, 1967, that the National Federation of Yoga Teachers brings together lovers of this ancestral art, both in metropolitan France and in the DOM-TOM. 860 teachers are involved. They are trained and can improve in contact with the FNEY.
