Vous avez une patience à toute épreuve? Ce magasin est fait pour vous! Voici 4 mois que j'attends que ma commande soit correctement honorée. A la réception de mon canapé les pieds n'étaient pas de la bonne couleur et il manquait une têtière sur les 2 commandées. Depuis on me sert toutes sortes d'arguments: erreur à la commande, à la fabrication, pb avec le livreur etc... On est censé me rappeler, me recontacter, je devrais être livrée sous deux à trois semaines....Mais pas de nouvelles !!!
Assez d'appeler le magasin qui reprend à chaque fois mes coordonnées et du ton faussement désolé des commerciales qui se paient ma tête!

J found sellers very charming, very good manners and very friendly, it becomes the rare kindness. In any case, for us, very good contact and well known purchase. There is, something interessante, good value for money. It is simple or not but it works.

We hopelessly sought contemporary sofa in good white leather bill at reasonable prices. After long research, we opted for the Poitiers model and placed order at the Paris 17. First disappointment, much longer than was reported: 2 and a half months instead of a month and a half, with a disastrous communication employees who promised to us to remember to give news and who never did it, which was worth me to get there 2 times with a strong compete with the owner of the shop (very menacing and close to the hands, large wanting) but pass….
We completed by with it and there disappointment: cushions base much less thick and were stuffed that in the photo, so many folds in terms of leather. In addition, the quality of leather is very mixed depending on the part of the sofa, with leather of quality by square and a leather very cheap and really poor quality to others (dry and breakable). € 3000 for that, it is really fooled!
Therefore unlike other comments, I would not recommend this shop and its products. Unfortunately, the concept is interesting and if the promises (services and product) had been, my opinion would be very different!

Beautiful sofas, good value for money. But we announced deadline a 6 weeks to me and I received my order that 4 months later.

J'ai acheté un canapé plus de 1700€ chez eux dont je suis fort mécontent. Trés mauvaise qualité des coussins qui grattent et piquent car remplis de plumes urtiquantes. Achat que je regrette amèrement. Si j'avais su je serai allé chez Ikéa ou une enseigne du même type. C'est moins cher et de meilleure qualité. Adresse a éviter !

tant que la transaction n'est pas faite! Une fois le chèque signé, la relation client, excellente au départ, est réduite à néant !
Le SAV donne des réponses inadmissibles à des problèmes garantis! Et encore, au bout de plusieurs mois et d'innombrables relances!
