Bistro in Paris serving a menu of cold cuts, starters, main courses and desserts with a wide range of flavours.
At the crossroads of Bastille and Place des Vosges, the yellow and black sign of the Bistrot des Vosges clearly announces the color: behind a typically traditional decor with its red benches, the menu, through a long list of croques, salads, cold cuts, starters, dishes and desserts, is largely inspired by the flavors and emotions of Aveyron. The glass also borrows its best products from the department, with a selection of local drinks: Aubrac gentian from Marius Bonal, reference wines from Aveyron, ratafia from the Laurens house...

The saucisse de L’Aveyron is well worth a try. The mash potato (aligot)that it comes with was very unique and like nothing I’ve had before, add the garlic to it and it becomes a whole new dish!
Really like the classic decor and the staff were super friendly. Well worth a try.
le service est excellent
le chou farci est délicieux et l’aligot très réussi
la saucisse était un poil sèche, sûrement une toute petite sur cuisson ce soir là
petit bonus pour la sauce à l’ail !
