Bistro in Paris serving a menu of cold cuts, starters, main courses and desserts with a wide range of flavours.
At the crossroads of Bastille and Place des Vosges, the yellow and black sign of the Bistrot des Vosges clearly announces the color: behind a typically traditional decor with its red benches, the menu, through a long list of croques, salads, cold cuts, starters, dishes and desserts, is largely inspired by the flavors and emotions of Aveyron. The glass also borrows its best products from the department, with a selection of local drinks: Aubrac gentian from Marius Bonal, reference wines from Aveyron, ratafia from the Laurens house...
