The house offers several variations of this specialty (at least a thin pastry, fresh cream and onions), starting with local products/dishes, such as the Strasbourg sausage and potato salad, and a pie. The rustic setting with the long wooden tables reminds us of the style of the Alsatian inns. You can easily chat with your neighbor between two bites, and you leave feeling like you've been to Alsace. The brand has opened a second Parisian establishment, located at 9 rue René-Boulanger in the 10th district.
