House serving an Alsatian speciality: the flammekueche.
A friendly, relaxed table dedicated to a flagship Alsatian product: the flammekueche. The house offers several variations of this specialty (at least a thin pastry, fresh cream and onions), starting with local products/dishes, such as the Strasbourg sausage and potato salad, and a pie. The rustic setting with the long wooden tables reminds us of the style of the Alsatian inns. You can easily chat with your neighbor between two bites, and you leave feeling like you've been to Alsace. The brand has opened a second Parisian establishment, located at 9 rue René-Boulanger in the 10th district.

Loved the munster flamekueche, the thin dough is crispy and the toppings are ????
However the side we ordered- strasbourg sausages - are, to be honest, really mediocre. The potatoes were greasy and the sausages were nothing special. They should take it off the menu as it does more harm than good.
But the flamekueche was really, REALLY great! Go for those.
