This restaurant puts the spotlight on Auvergne cuisine and products from Aveyron. Its other common thread is homemade dishes. The menu isn't long, but it's mouth-watering: aubrac tartare, Auvergne sausage from capelin pig, young Aveyron beef onglet carefully selected with La Table de Solange, a breeder-butcher for seven generations in Rouergue. For dessert, a plate of Auvergne cheeses accompanied by a sweet treat (tatin, profiteroles...) marks the epilogue of this regional stopover.

Très bon aligot !!
Nous avons prit deux formules brunch à volonté.
Café et jus pressées/détox très rafraîchissant.
Saumon frais, huîtres fraîches, verines et sauces très bonnes!
En revanche il y avait des moules marinières qui sont rester au chaud trop longtemps… trop cuite et odeur qui ne donnaient pas envie..
Fondant au chocolat excellent!
Dans l’ensemble c’était bon mais il y aurait des petites choses à perfectionner pour le prix du buffet :)
