ROSEMARY
Restaurant offering a menu of typical English snacks.
Rosemary, it's little the bistronomie view across the Channel. Flower corridor, embossed painted paper and brick pillars: there is no doubt about it. The inventor of this new address is Julien Roques, a businessman who lived a few years in the British capital. So this explains that… He put in Cuisine Sérugue and Joseph Rawlins, a former school of Gordon Ramsey… This mix of chefs is felt on the fairly dépaysante map: chicken wings marry peas (necessarily) and barbecue sauce, the square lamb encanaille garlic roasted garlic, Wellington beef of white asparagus, in short it is! The snack card is typically English: home pickles, fish sticks brown sauce or Scotch egg and piccalilly sauce. It's not very light, but it's good. The Sunday brunch is not bad either!
