Pushing open the doors of this restaurant, BIA to its friends, means a visa for North America, with burgers, chicken wings and wraps on the menu, and for the South, with burritos, nachos or chili con carne. We suggest you start with nachos accompanied by melted cheddar, guacamole and crème fraîche, before setting your sights on the house signature: the BIA burger topped with grilled onions, peppers, cheddar and BBQ sauce. As for drinks, we're partial to the Obama peanut butter milkshake with chocolate sauce. And if you're still hungry, although we doubt it, don't miss the memorable blueberry, banana and maple syrup pancakes. On Sundays, eggs come in all shapes and sizes on the brunch menu: mirror eggs with bacon, fried eggs escorted by sausages, omelettes or scrambled eggs served with bacon, ham, sausage, onions, peppers, mushrooms, avocado, cheddar and fried potatoes.
