Since 1988, Perla has attracted a clientele who wants to enjoy themselves with friends around an aperitif or good Mexican dishes. The menu of tequilas is grandiose, that of cocktails and beers not bad either. The place is very famous for the quality of its tequila; it has even been rewarded by an institution in charge of the appellation of controlled origin and it seems that it is the only in France… Cocktails are served in glass, in jug, frozen or shaken for 6 people. On the à la carte, botanas as starter, Mexican tapas: guacamole, nachos, burritos, quesadillas. The choice of salads is wide, the dishes are inspired by great classic: Chile con carne, tortillas, burrito, tacos, enchilada, etc., more tex than mex and a cuisine that is both traditional and modern. We tasted lobster quesadillas y papaya, these are tortillas stuffed with soft cheese, peppers, lobster flesh and papaya, and served with a mango coulis. A change of scenery guaranteed with the setting and the ambiance.
