The choice of salads is wide, the dishes are inspired by great classic: Chile con carne, tortillas, burrito, tacos, enchilada, etc., more tex than mex and a cuisine that is both traditional and modern. We tasted lobster quesadillas y papaya, these are tortillas stuffed with soft cheese, peppers, lobster flesh and papaya, and served with a mango coulis.
