This is the story about the son of a cheese maker of Vercors named Jacques Grildechaise. Passionate about spaces and freedom, he arrived from New York where his name was transformed into Jack Grilled Cheese... Sublime Americans! Chance of meetings, he discovered an English, emigrated like him and son of baker, who have eated sandwich bread with everything. And that gave hhim the idea. So he will create The Grilled Cheese, a croque-monsieur gourmet using sandwich bread with various products and put in the pan. Real or fake history? It does not matter. The result is there, in 2014 The Grilled Cheese landed in France: a New york décor and sandwiches that out of the ordinary. Prepared in minute, one chooses his first bread from the famous Ganachaud bakery: leaven, full, sandwich bread or walnuts. Then one picks in the recipes with weddings more tempting than the last (La Fabrication Thon: mozzarella, peppers, cheddar red leicester, spinach, homemade cream-tuna, balsamic velvet, La Fabrication Chèvre: rocamadour, mozzarella, spinach, jam of figs or La Fabrication Mac and Cheese: homemade macaroni caramelised and cheese, cheedar, mozzarella, onions). Some salads, soups, and completely American desserts complete the board.
