Restaurant in Paris offering classic Taiwanese dishes, traditional dishes and taro croquettes.
This restaurant, with its comfortable benches, its pretty plants and its small library-lounge, does not suggest Taiwanese cuisine. And yet, it is indeed this little-known cuisine that we taste here thanks to the know-how of a young talented French-Taiwanese couple. You will find street food as well as more classic Taiwanese dishes on the plates, the idea being to make the traditional dishes of the little pearl of Asia known. We recommend, among others, the sesame tofu, the taro croquettes, the chicken with basil and ginger, or the guao bao, a typical steamed bun. A real favourite!
