After the tiny coffee shop, as in Lisbon, it is a place where you can enjoy all day at the counter an excellent coffee and hot pasteis de nata to roll over (Portuguese sweet specialty made with crispy puff pastry and creamy custard vanilla that we can sprinkle with cinnamon), here is his big brother Tasca, " la tavern" in Portuguese. The shop (18 seats) is beautifully decorated (azulejos and swallows on the walls, small black and white checkered on the floor, wooden counter) and encourages sharing and conviviality. The menu consists traditional products such as cheese Azeitao sheep, chorizo mousse, tuna or olives, toast and garnished with smoked sardine, marinated ginger chicken or goat, apple, honey and nuts. we can also dip into the typical canned: octopus with garlic, cod fillets, stuffed squid, sardine fillets and other served along with seasonal salad. For dessert, there is the famous course pasteis! The wine selection from there, often unknown (like vihno verde) should delight fans. Olive oil, cans, jams, honey and spices decorate the walls, you can buy it to continue the initiation at home. Tasca is open in the afternoon tea and happy hour where you can taste the boards of Portuguese specialties accompanied by a glass of wine.
