Restaurant in Paris preparing Jewish cuisine, meatballs, Israeli hamburger and eggplant caviar.
Rue des Rosiers is always bustling! In the heart of the Marais, tourists and Parisian stroll in search of the best falafel. So in front of some, the waiting line is long, others more discreet are worth a detour. Chez Hanna is one of them. This small restaurant with old-fashioned atmosphere serves classic of Jewish cuisine. On the menu: the kefta (meatballs), the shawarma (grilled turkey with spices and onions), the eggplant caviar are particularly tasty. The special falafel (meatballs, houmous, Turkish salad, fried eggplant, vegetables) has kept its promises and chopped liver rivals Israeli eggplant. If you are still hungry, try the Israeli hamburger with chopped beef grilled with spices. Interesting Israeli wine list for lovers.
