Paris address honouring Yiddish specialities, offering delicacies and delicate cuisine.
When the tail stagnates in front of the Falafels rue des Rosiers, we are at Florence Kahn to honour its specialities of Yiddish catering. Here you don't rush the customer and you don't treat them as just a cashier even if prices are a little higher than elsewhere. Bagel, stuffed carp, pikelfleish, beurek, salted fish, and strudel delicacies, havla, cheesecake and a delicious houmentashn. All the desserts are very successful. Both homemade and homemade cuisine.
