Well-crafted street-food with a tempting culinary proposal, concocted by the Israeli chef Eyal Shani.
With Miznon, Israeli chef Eyal Shani - a real star in his country - has built a winning concept. The number of people visiting the various establishments - there are now three in Paris - proves it. The Miznon in the Marais, a few metres from the Fallafel Ace, was historically the first outside Israel. Raw walls, open kitchen, blackboard, young service, trendy music and above all a tempting culinary proposition: falafels as tasty as they are generous (with hake, beef bourguignon, lamb, aubergine, ratatouille...), kebabs, sublime sweet potatoes... In short, well-crafted street food.

We ordered the Kebab, boeuf bourguignon and staffed cabbage with lamb.
boeuf bourguignon was delicious, soft, breaking easily, moist and perfectly seasoned, a very generous portion as well.
Staffed cabbage that would make any grandma proud with soft tasty leaves and great spices.
Same for the kebab, a bit pinky inside as it should be, soft and strong in taste, a bit of mint leaves in the sauce, fresh herbs and fresh veggies.
In addition, fast, friendly and kind service
Anyway, highly recommended. This place takes it self seriously
