Restaurant in Paris offering Mediterranean dishes, meats and red fruits.
It's an unusual experience in Paris. Le Bel Canto is a lyrical dinner restaurant where all the waiters (tenor, baritone, soprano...) perform, during the service, the greatest tunes by Verdi, Mozart or Puccini in particular. A beautiful atmosphere and pretty dishes with Mediterranean influences: organic marinated salmon, fennel salad and new charlotte potato, rack of lamb in Viennese nyora and byaldi of spring vegetables, for dessert, horn of plenty of sorbets and ice cream, whipped cream, red fruits. It's good, beautiful, well thought out. We come here for the whole thing: the meal and the singing. A great experience, for which you must book, especially on weekends.

En revanche, la qualité des mets se perd un peu. Sans doute un « trou d’air » temporaire pour ce restaurant qui reste un incontournable.
