Authentic fondue and raclette restaurant located in a quiet street.
A genuine restaurant of fondues and conveyors in a quiet street in the shadow of Georges Pompidou centre. The decoration goes with the base, authentic and rustic. Side bread, 3 kinds served with all dishes: poppy, sesame and tradition. Côté wine, a selection of a wine tasting with some grands crus in Burgundy. The fondues are prepared with 6 different types of cheese, from the traditional Savoyard to the fondues of the camembert or the goat. The Burgundian classic is not forgotten but can also discover the Bressanne (turkey-based) or the Vigneronne (beef meat cooked in red wine). The chestnut is décline with various accompaniments. Tartiflette is generous (half reblochon and 150 grams of bacon per person), the master cheese plates count up to 6 cheeses, a dozen different plates that one can share to several of the 50 cheeses with raw milk proposed. There are also highland crusts (Poilâne toastées bread slices). Beware of losing in the blue eyes of the bosses… Beautiful vaulted cellar of the th century.
