Address in Paris serving a lobster sandwich, various specialities of lobster and a short but effective card.

The Homer Lobster is a concept that comes straight from the United States. It is simply a lobster sandwich, but not just any sandwich. It is terribly unctuous and addictive, because the bread it is of the artisanal brioche filled with a stuffing of lobster whose recipes vary. You will have the choice between different recipes of this lobster stuffing: chopped and mixed with a nice mayonnaise, or warmed and seasoned with lemon butter. We particularly like the avocado lobster roll with guacamole, lobster and "old bay" spices. For dessert, we recommend the cookie or the nutella brioche. A short but effective menu that works wonderfully.

Concept exclusivement tourné autour du lobster roll sous quelques déclinaisons. Je recommande vivement de prendre la version xl du classic lobster roll. O ereux pour un sandwich mais délicieux.

Homard version sandwich. Patron très sympa qui sera toujours partant pour vous expliquer l'histoire et le concept de son petit resto. Les sauces sont délicieuses et le résultat final, avec la brioche faite par un boulanger Mof, est au top. Le luxe a un prix et vous ne pourrez pas faire de ce sandwich votre déjeuner quotidien. 18€ pour un sandwich de taille normale avec 65g de chair.
