Restaurant with terrace offering Parisian brasserie dishes with vegan and Mediterranean touches.
Grand Coeur is the Parisian address of the great Argentine chef, Mauro Colagreco, whose restaurant is located on the French Riviera in Menton. Behind the furnaces, a carefully chosen team and on the plate, the head of the head of well-safer, végétaliste and Mediterranean, but adapted, a Parisian brasserie cool and in the air of time, with a pickled seafood salad or a fricassee of wild mushrooms in entrance, a Cantal guinea fowl or a wild bar to finish and, finally, a peanut semifreddo to finish. If the terrace is particularly beautiful, a word about the decoration of the room: signed Brown of Guérande and Julie Deglesne, in a sublime place combining beams and stones, where the blue colours are discrete but so beautiful; it is a perfect success!
