LE DÔME DU MARAIS
Historic address preparing contemporary seasonal cuisine and organic products, meats and fish.
This historic restaurant in Paris, old auction house of the Crédit Municipal de Paris in 1777, is topped with an incredible dome decorated with boxes and rosettes. Today, this unmissable brasserie offers a warm and intimate setting. In the kitchen, the chef loves contemporary cuisine with respect to the seasons and his desires, and who respects the eco-friendly charter with organic and fair trade produce. As a starter, sea bass tartar with yuzu, Burrata Pugliese with truffles, or more local, the perfect egg, Puy lentils and duck bacon. You continue with grey sea bream and wok vegetables, thinly sliced beef whiting with tiger sauce and fried rice or lamb confit cooked during 7 hours, pearled vegetables and juice with red curry. Quality ingredients and fine cooking! And finally, homemade tiramisu as you like them or a diamond, pistachio and raspberry tart. The desserts are also available in the afternoon because Le Dôme du Marais remains open between the two services for those who want a gourmet break accompanied by the parakeets "coin" and "coin" in the tea room.
