Unmissable address in Paris elaborating a bistro cuisine reviewed and corrected, fish and desserts.
A century of delighting the visiting gourmet: a fine record for this unmissable address. Under the leadership of Alain Ducasse, Benoît never gets old and we continue to enjoy a bistro cuisine reviewed and corrected in the manner of the star of the kitchen. To start with a tomato cookpot, to continue with a fillet of sole Nantua with spinach and leaves barely creamed. As for desserts, it's hard to escape the homemade profiteroles... A nice lunch menu, more affordable, is also worth the detour.
