House in Paris offering a wine list and some dishes, meats
With such a name, one might think that this house is a little in Paris, the Bourgogne Embassy. That is no longer the case. There is always a superb wine list and a few dishes that feel good the Nièvre, the Yonne, the Côte d'Or or the Saône-et-Loire, but between poached eggs in meurette, Veined ham from Burgundy, Burgundy beef and andouillette, came to slip from the dishes that have nothing to do with Burgundy. Examples? Saint-Jacques à la Provence or bar fillet roast to small vegetables. Is that serious? No, the most important being to satisfy lovers of the Burgundian gastronomy and others.
