Restaurant in Paris serving an avocado fouetté, extraordinary snails, caviar at high prices.
From the Eiffel Tower to Montmartre, here you will have a breathtaking view. This restaurant is also spectacular by the work of Dominique Jakob and Brendan MacFarlane, almost unknown when Gilbert and Thierry Costes called on them for this project. On 600 m², large concrete shells in form of alcoves give meaning and clarity to this area while respecting the visual identity of the building designed by Renzo Piano and Richard Rogeres in 1977. As for the restaurant, it is chic, good and fine: the King Crab whipped avocado or the snails called "extraordinary", spicy lobster pasta, caviar or cold hake, there is something for every taste. Prices are high, certainly, but the experience must be made at least once.

Au sommet du Centre Georges Pompidou, Le Georges propose divers articles de cuisine fusion avec leurs signatures. L'ambiance est très attirante, vous pouvez regarder le toit parisien pendant que vous dînez ou buvez, après avoir visité votre exposition dans le bâtiment. Pendant l'été, le restaurant devient un club et un bar après l'heure du dîner. Appartenant également au groupe Gilbert & Costes, la carte propose des produits similaires mais ici elle s'est enrichie de nombreuses entrées. La fameuse Cabillaud Argenté de GEORGES est une spécialité à déguster, ou vous pourrez partager des entrées étonnantes comme le Tarama à la Truffe. Vous pouvez tester la collaboration avec La Maison du Caviar et essayer L’avocat Surprise.

On the top of Centre Georges Pompidou, Le Georges offers various fusion kitchen items including their signatures. The ambiance is very attiring, you can watch the Parisian roof while you have your dinner or drink, after you visit your exhibition in the building. During summertime, the restaurant becomes a club and bar after dinner time. Also belonging to Gilbert & Costes group, the menu has similar products but here it was enriched with many appetizers. The famous Silver Cod of GEORGES is a specialty you can try, or you can share amazing starters such as Truffle Tarama. You can test the collaboration with La Maison du Caviar and try L’avocat Surprise.
