A friendly, not to say family atmosphere, thanks to the owner, Jean-Paul, a bon vivant with roots in the Aveyron region. At the table, you can enjoy traditional cuisine. With their scarves around their necks, the staff serve aligot-saucisse, truffade and Salers meat in a sixties-style setting. Omelettes and charcuterie from Auvergne complete the menu, with the famous flanc à la louche for dessert - a must!
