Alsatian brasserie in Paris preparing sauerkraut, traditional brasserie dishes, oysters, and seafood.
The first major Alsatian brasserie in the capital to serve draught beer, this Belle Époque-decorated establishment has won the loyalty of a Parisian clientele, while attracting tourists looking for a very French gourmet experience. People come for the sauerkraut, the house specialty, but not only. There are also oysters and seafood, traditional brasserie dishes (tête de veau, beef tartar, sole meunière...) and specialties like pâté en croûte, vol-au-vent or kouglof flambé... beyond reproach!
