Situated under the arches of the Vosges palace, Ma Bourgogne is one of the most famous wine bistro bars in Paris. A meeting point for learned tourists and wine connoisseurs (its owner, Aimé Cougoureux, is a fan), this bar has received many awards. The impressive wine list offers a great variety of Beaujolais, Bordeaux, Burgundy (of course) and Côtes du Rhône wines, and each week a selection by young producers, a real nugget, is available. To accompany those wines of thirst like great vintage, the owner serves a quality bistro cuisine like the homemade tartar prepared by madam herself every day, but also foie gras with grapes, the hot sausage of Beaujolais, the andouillette, the French fries and also Burgundy snails with dry sausage of Aveyron.
