Provincial style establishment in Paris focusing on culinary tradition with a menu based on seasonal products.
This style establishment “province à Paris” seems to be insensitive over time. We like the old-fashioned side of this table where the culinary tradition is only good. Every day, a menu is offered on the basis of the unearthed products in Rungis by the Trumilou team: a hot sausage from Lyon, pâté, andouillette, and sweetbreads, it is traditional and good! We have a certain tenderness for this kind of restaurant, which becomes unavoidable when we come to Paris and we want to discover the parisian bistro. The view from the docks is outstanding, and if the place is crowded with many tourists, it deserves to be frequented!
