Good wise dishes, designed by Nicole and Bruno, such as a pavé of red butter or more gastronomic creations, such as bowl foie gras de duck mottled with gingerbread, swimming of seafood to fennel and infusion of herbs, beef net, gras of foie gras, and sauce from Saint Jacques to ceps.
