Very popular place, one of the unmissable of the district.
Located in the heart of the Marais district, this venerable, century-old establishment is one of the neighborhood's best-known names. A mix of styles, with a small, almost hidden bar upstairs (the cocktails are delicious), it's also an excellent restaurant. Traditional French cuisine is served here, and there's nothing to complain about: duet of Pyrenean duck, 12-hour veal ballotine with Cognac, foie gras... there's nothing missing from either the à la carte or lunch menus. Everything is copious, and the place is run by a professional team who will meet all your expectations.

We had the truffle croque monsieurs, which were very nice.
