A restaurant offering quality cuisine, a good address for a fine dining experience in Paris.
Our objective in coming here was not to overindulge... We prefer quality to quantity, as do the thoughtful Paul and Louis, the owners of the house, who passed through Ferrandi and have entrusted the keys to the kitchen to Guillaume Campion, an ex-La Régalade chef. On the Saturday of our visit, he was off duty, but his team sent us a pork loin to die for. Meat, jus, purée and carrot spaghetti: a perfect mix! The menu is short and the cooking straightforward. The final dish was a refreshing pear with verbena.
