LES CAHIERS DE COLETTE
What more beautiful tribute can be paid to an author than to give her name to a bookstore? The writer Colette would undoubtedly be flattered by this tribute, in Beaubourg, in the heart of Paris intello-bobo. That said, the hostess is also called Colette, coincidence? With a strong sense of distribution, she has been anchored in the district since 1986 and received the Legion of Honor in 2003 for her involvement in cultural development. The one who first wanted to be an editor has taken a real passion for the trade of bookseller because it allows her to be as close as possible to readers. These latter also come to chit-chat with her as soon as the opportunity arises, as well as writers who live in the neighbourhood. Les Cahiers de Colette is a bookshop with a soul, human warmth and a will to exchange around culture, without frills or folly. We like the light wood shelves and the portraits of illustrious writers hung here and there, like benevolent sponsors… Les Cahiers de Colette appears to be a must in the neighbourhood. Go and take a tour there, you won't be disappointed!

It is a real pleasure to wander around this place, chat with booksellers who know their subject on the end of the fingers and which have from the interesting views of all works sometimes with the sun sliced opinions. It is not a bookstore not blessed ouioui! Bravo with Colette, bookseller as there is a unfortunately less and less.
