It was in 2009 that a team of beer enthusiasts decided to resurrect the oldest brewery in the capital, which had gone bankrupt in the 1950 s. The Demory Brewery on Broca Street had a history of more than a century. During the Belle Époque and the Roaring Years, Demory beer was known in Paris. The crisis of the 1930 s and the Second World War were right in this small, artisanal brewery in the heart of Paris. Today, the Demory Bar of the street Quincampoix is the showcase of this new, artisanal beer incorporating the manufacturing processes of its ancestor. Accompanied by sausages, such as artisanales, come and enjoy the Astroblonde, White Rocket or Black Nova. A warm place (with two spaces, the bar, modern and cosy, and the concert hall in a vaulted cellar) makes the most of the brewing tradition of the capital. And a good artisan blonde, it radically changes the industrial beers that you used to drink, you will see! Guaranteed atmosphere!
